Many complains

Late delivery they promised 6 days when i booked actually it took them 5 to 6 weeks, another time 3 weeks etc. They invoiced 3 times and I got extra invoices because they were busy??

Also I got an extra invoice because they said the wheight volume not ok. actual sending cost was about 40 euro. this was for an package of 4 kgs. They send me an invoice with wheight adjustment of 1,2 kgs which was not possible, because her I use accurate wheighers.

funny is they asked now more then the sending cost was. extra fee about 90 euro.

This was the last time I use their service, SKYNET never again!!!

The negative reviews below from other customers are even worse than mine. I guess since they are contracted by iHerb, Skynet does not treat us good as we are not biz customers per se.

I am waiting for delivery of medication for family member. The tracker mentioned that it has arrived at the warehouse (12km from my house).

5 working days on, I called few times to ask if they have lost the medication, they denied. I told them I don't mind paying additional for another delivery company (their competitor) to collect from the warehouse but they mentioned that another outsourced third party has taken the parcel, hence they are not accountable for the whereabouts

VERY POOR SERVICE DELIVERY

I ordered my drivers license from NATIS on 2023-02-07 very early the morning. The promise is that it will be delivered within 3 working days from day of order.

On 2023-02-08 I contacted them and received waybill no 0800******** which was for Skynet couriers. As I understand a waybill no. is only given when a parcel is collected. On Friday the 10th February 2023 I contacted Skynet and was told by a lady that the parcel has been received ,will fly over the weekend to its destination and be delivered at the latest Monday 13th February 2023.

The license disk is needed for a vehicle that must depart to Cape town no later than 2023-02-14 10:00.

When I made an enquiry on 2023-02-13 the license disk was still where it was on Friday and never reached it destination. Please take this complaint up with your CEO Tommy Erasmus or I will contact him personally and tell him that your Public Relations department is non existent.

I placed order on Shein on 29 March then on the 9th april my parcel arrived at skynet fro Buffalo but they didn't deliver all they did they called me once on the 21st of april,i took my phone n called them and ask about my parcel but they lied to me and say the parcel is with them today,they didnt deliver then i decided to go there n confrot them still they lied to me and said they will replace ot caus they saw the driver took my staff but today they say they are buzy investigating

I also received bad service i ordered from shein on the21st today the driver texted me and said he came and didnt find me mind you he went to the wrong address i keep telling him to meet me by the garage he told me he have50 packeges to deliver now his ignoring my calls m not ordering from shein if they are using this stupid skynet
